Mrs kid bought it for me more than twenty years back. Think it was a couple of hundred quid then.
Some people hate the ticking of a proper clock but I find it relaxing and it helps with the tinnitus.
I only have the striker in at Christmas though.

I'm trying to remember their's but it was 40 odd years ago (man I feel old typing that) but now I think on it they never needed the striker as they faced directly onto the town hall clock in Paisley and that bastard chimed every quarter an all
Some bastard turned my tinnitus up to 14 a few months back, murder polis so 'n it is - you have my empathy.
