Originals photo thread

My Nana and Granda had a very, very similar clock to that except different hands - cracking pair :)
Mrs kid bought it for me more than twenty years back. Think it was a couple of hundred quid then.
Some people hate the ticking of a proper clock but I find it relaxing and it helps with the tinnitus.
I only have the striker in at Christmas though.

I'm trying to remember their's but it was 40 odd years ago (man I feel old typing that) but now I think on it they never needed the striker as they faced directly onto the town hall clock in Paisley and that bastard chimed every quarter an all :18:
Some bastard turned my tinnitus up to 14 a few months back, murder polis so 'n it is - you have my empathy.
