How To GeekVape Aegis Legend only reading one Battery

Had a problem with my beloved Aegis Legend only reading one battery and not firing , due to low battery warning.
After much buggering about swapping batteries in out and in to other mods etc.
I went to the Geekvape web site (https://www.geekvape.com/support/downloads/firmware-update/)followed the step by step guide and downloaded the v2 firmware installed it with winzip and did the upgrade (second time I've done this btw) and after a matter of seconds it was installed on my mod and then both batteries were reading again and it works again.
Just thought I'd share this incase anyone else is having problems.

this is a known issue for some. happened to me twice on a brand new mod and new batteries. removed swapped and it worked. happened once since but apart from that working flawlesly.

i own 3 and never had a problem so far so good
