Ohm/m ohm/ft confusion

I know ohms law but this resistance per metre lark does my brain in, so it's a case of dividing a given metre resistance figure by 3.28, then i can divide that figure by 2 to give me the resistance of a coil if I'm using 6 inches of wire to make a coil?

yes.. if you want to..
you can always wrap the coil and then measure it too

Just be mindful that some wire may also publish this resisity? metric also in a not so clear way for some reason as it has little or an unknown (to me at least..) use to vapers?
