I have all the ingredients except for a piping bag with a round tip. Do you think I could sub it for LB VIC?

I tried getting the mrs to make me some so i could replicate in a juice but she said it seems like too much faffing about.

Gone in blind and was going for LB but it doesn't quite work so gone for FA Custard Premium and FA Cream Fresh.
