How long does it normally take for Geekvape to get back to you regarding Warrenty if you've opened a email support ticket with them?.

Currently have a faulty Legend Limited Edition that constantly reads protection atomiser short on every single tank I put on it.

Just wondering how long I'll be waiting for a reply back.
 
probably a while at the moment considering their forced extended holiday & the virus situation, is going to impact service to a degree, then theres the cost of sending it back, imo it's usually not very cost effective to deal with them directly

depending how old the mod is, take it up with where you bought it first, still protected with consumer rights
 
Even if they are back to work it is 11 pm in China just now so the office will be closed. Should be back to business hours at 1am our time.
 
They have social media aswell which gets updated regularly, so could be worth messaging there too.
