Postage from uk to Philippines is around £15 so not sure why its so costly the other way.
I suspect these would be very popular in the UK especially if you did a twin cell version.
Maybe you ought to look for a uk distributor or cheaper shipping options.

Got to say, personally does nothing for me. Ruins the asthetics but I know people like stacks.
Would love to see a 20/21700 size to take advantage of the higher Amp/mAh capacity.
