cbd ban ?

E-liquids are inhaled and not 'consumed', so are not regulated under food laws.

But it’s being regulated as a food product is a loophole because it’s not approved as a medicine. I don’t think this will mean it’s not affected. I think it (cbd eliquid) will be considered to be an unapproved medicinal product.

You can’t just put banned substances in eliquid and sell it legally because it’s for inhalation.

It won't be affected by the crackdown on novel foods, is what I'm saying.

My personal opinion is all forms of cannabis should be legalised. Tobacco and alcohol are far more dangerous. Plus some people do benefit medicinally. Regulation, prohibition etc does not work infact look at history it makes things worse.

As long as companies don't make medicinal claims the have nothing to worry about... for now, at least.

Is that how it works?

Keep in mind as well that cbd eliquid isn’t considered eliquid as it’s not containing nicotine or subject to trpr.
