E-liquids will be fine, at least.
What makes you think so?

E-liquids are inhaled and not 'consumed', so are not regulated under food laws. What makes you think so?

It won't be affected by the crackdown on novel foods, is what I'm saying. But it’s being regulated as a good product is a loophole because it’s not approved as a medicine. I don’t think this will mean it’s not affected. I think it (cbd eliquid) will be considered to be an unapproved medicinal product.
You can’t just put banned substances in eliquid and sell it legally because it’s for inhalation.

As long as companies don't make medicinal claims the have nothing to worry about... for now, at least.Maybe not, but surely it will be banned as an unapproved medicinal product?
