These are from a little factory in China. The same factory that makes the popular 26650 cells and 21700 cells rewrappers seem to like recently.
I was actually sent some of these in their true factory form (in a purple wrap)
While the performance is decent, the cell to cell consistency and quality control leaves something to be desired. With Samsung 30Q readily available and the Molicel P28A announced - I personally wouldn’t take the chance. Not a bad performing battery in the least, but not something I’d deem good enough for our customers.
I’m also aware the factory is facing difficulties. Making batteries is a dangerous business, and the company has been asked to move out of Shenzhen several times. Poor fellas!
