Got an order for some concentrates last week and they'd put the wrong brands in for 3 of them. I e-mailed them straight away after work and got a reply first thing the next morning saying sorry and that they'd sort it out.

Package arrived the next day with the right concentrates and a wee note apologising.

Fantastic customer service and the replacements arrived sooner than some would get the original order out.
