Appreciate DJ I’ll look into these,

I’ve got digital kitchen scales with a liquid function in the menu,
I wonder ?,,,,,,
They have been very accurate for baking cakes ,,,,

As long at it has grams I think they should work but I don't bake so never used any

Ideally you need some that go down to 0.01 grams.

I have some of these (you can probably find cheaper, this is just for the idea of what they are)

As @ObiWanVaponi says you'll need scales to weigh to an accuracy of 0.01g.
