Usually they use DHL. If shipping was about 17euro.

Yep They use the local postie service to get it to DHL and the tracking is usually forwarded out when DJL get it. So its DHL that can be the delay in tracking info. Just to add when I got mine originally a long time ago I had the tracking info the day before it was delivered.
