Looking for a guide/tips/links on cbd isolate /crystals for pain relief ? ?,

I’ve pretty much given up smoking ,,,,

For nicotine I vape ,,,,,

I’m still on four baby rollies a day of medical cbd flowers ,,,,,

For pain relief,,,,

I really dislike the stink of smoking,,,,

I’ve ordered some cbd crystals full spectrum with terpenes I’ve heard one can vape them ,

I have plain pg liquid ,,,,

I’m hoping this can take the place of stinky smoking ,,,,,

I’m not sure on the right method ,

Anyone here have experience with crystals ???

How do you guys all mix them ?,,,,
Use them.../

I have two little pots yet to try of 1/4 g in each each little pot is of a different terpenes the pots are priced at £9.99 for 1/4g , I basically ordered £20 pounds worth to try out , unfortunately I’m missed the delivery earlier today so will have to pop tto he sorting office and collect tommoz ,

I’m not too familiar with crystals or shater
I gave up the Thc street weed crap stuff

I switched to uncle herbs cbd strains of “Swiss flowers “ ;

Whilst the uncle herbs cbd flowers work great for pain relief ,

It is pretty stinky ,

Not suitable for use in pubic spaces, due to the strong stink ,,,,

Looking for a good alternative ,,,,
Without having to smoke ,

That’s not a bad idea I’ll have to look into that,,,,,,

I have watched various YouTube vids on cbd crystals, but thier seem to be so many to comb threw and many people recommending different methods ,,,,,


I just need a good basic method which works well for imediate pain relief in the mornings,,,,

Without stinking the house out by smoking

I did try Medipen cbd vape carteidge Pen a while ago , which didn’t really work for me,
I’m was not impressed with the pre made cartridges changing colour , and being over priced ,
