i placed an order with your company on the 25/10/17 at around 850am
for a Pulse BF Squonk Mod.
sorry to say i have had no confirmation e-mail. well no contact at all tbh.
i would like to now arrange a refund via Pay Pal for the £25.99 please.
Unfortunately i have now purchased the item from elsewhere.

Oh mark you need to dispute via PayPal mate. They’ve scammed loads of us and you won’t hear anything back buddy

Even PayPal are getting no reply from them!! they sent a dispute E-mail on the 31st of October. I contacted PayPal today. they have given them until the 11th of Nov, if no reply. they will refund my money!!!
Not a good way to conduct business if you ask me and lots of others on here by the sounds of it!!!

Yeah I’m 2 days into my dispute so another 9 till PayPal cough up on their behalf - they’re dickheads.

Too right!! absolute idiots. I used a guy called check them out. awesome service. just what you would expect from a decent online vendor
