Warnings that e-cigarettes are luring teenagers into smoking tobacco are unfounded, a major Public Health England (PHE) study has found.

When the Independent published similar about a week ago they used a scary misleading headline so at least the Telegraph didn't do that.

I studied the statistics from the American studies about a year ago, and not only did they disprove the gateway effect, they showed that vaping among teenagers reduced smoking rates, but the results were presented in such a way as to show the opposite.

We have to count ourselves very fortunate that our government is taking a long term view and being honest.

i know our public health services in uk arnt in the best of shape thanks to the government, but because of that, atleast they arnt controlled and manipulated by the constant greed for money. Fortunate that the people in these jobs have a moral duty to do the right thing and WANT to do the right thing, rather than do it because of the money Unlike across the pond.
