What's new

England officially sides with vaping

All sounds well and good that, but if they wanna deregulate it, well...
Only thing that should be regulated is the production side of it, tested juice, child proof bottles, advertising, clean rooms etc...
Anything on the consumer side should be completely deregulated, no limit on choice of mg, no limit on bottle size, no limit on size of tank.
Simple as.
But nothing is ever that bloody simple with poilitics/politicians is it.

There should be some kind of consumer regulation. i.e No sale to under 18s, how it is marketed and so on.

As long as they reintroduce the sale of 72mg. Yes to over 18's, yes to none child appealing eliquid boxes etc. I agree with eliquid, cleanliness, child proof and that ilk, but in truth it's buyer responsibility don't trust it don't buy it and certainly buyers should keep their stuff away from kids.. We buy take away food and although there's rules in place for food hygeine they are not always met. We all smoked in the past but did it knowing there where thousands of harfull additives.
As with food, drink etc etc, if you can make it yourself it's cheaper and you know whats in it, full stop
Any rules on tanks, mods etc should be removed as well.
An outright ban on all combustable tobacco should be the Governments aim and emitions rules placed on tobacco used for heating rather than burning if they so choose to keep the money flowing for big T and the Gov pockets. But with all the money involved they won't do it, this siding with vaping is all smoke and mirrors when it should be all vapour and glass with air condition, to keep things transparent
