Want to build a NLPWM mod..

Thanks!! I've got the nlpwm mounting kit, so I'll use that.

Is my wiring explanation correct?

Hard to say about the wiring without seeing the board, on my Big Al's PWM board both the battery neg and pos go to the board and then the 510 pos and earth go to the board as well as the fire button, yours maybe completey different. Is the board marked in any way?

I have attached pics of the board here.
in the top you can see the 510- and just below is GND. on the opposite side there is the VIN

Ok.. First of all thank all for your help.

I'm done! (almost) ☺️
Fitted with the Cosmonaut RDA mounted with a pair of homemade aliens. (3x26-36) when it's all tidy inside ill post pics of that as well. Just needed to vape it first! IMG_20170806_172952.jpg IMG_20170806_175057.jpg IMG_20170806_175317.jpg

Very nice, just remember to treat any pwm's amps like a series mech, though the nlpwm is much more accurate than your average 555 build it's still pulsing 8.4v just with a calculated rms voltage

Done! Had to make an edge around the buttons. I think it looks alright. Only thing I'm a bit disappointed over is the nlpwm display.. The black around the numbers is coming off.

Yeah.. I know. It ohms out at 0.15 a bit on the low side.
That's over 50 amps, not meaning to sound condescending but even 0.3 is a bit on the low side since series keeps the original amp limit
While 0.15 is bordering on enough to fry a lot of pwm boards
