It's good to see Mahero seem to have a policy of putting accurate information on their battery wrappers rather than exaggerated claims. The 2500mAh 18650 have : 35A in bold print on the front. On the rear it has: Continuous maximum discharge 25A. 35A > 44s @ 25°C. 55A > 19s @ 60°C.
On the 25A continuous maximum, the battery ticks that box and more maintaining 92% capacity at 30A continuous. At 35A continuous, it far exceeded 44 seconds, running for 190 seconds down to 2.5v. The same story at 55A, giving 25 seconds down to 2.5v. I even managed to squeeze half a dozen seconds at 60A continuous current.
Needless to say it performed very well in the pulse discharge tests.
