I activated mine via the email last week and had no issues. Haven't tried to log back into the site since but I'm guessing probs must have come up after I did mine.

Site is fine, works well, was chatting last week on the Chat Now thing (instant message), minor issue probably with domain redirect for emails, just use .com and not .co.uk

OP was understandably wary in case it was spam or something is all and sensibly asked on here.
