Death of the RDA

Does anyone know if the RDA has been dubbed as compliant with TPD, as it isn't leak proof.
Anyone heard news on this maybe some Vendors know about it ?
Please don't let this be the death of the RDA

vandyvapes govad and icon are declared and are allowed to be sold, still quite a grey area with conflicting information being spouted,

I don't think there is any definite answer yet
Though one could argue a dripper can only leak if overfilled, and is top filling with less than 2ml liquid capacity only needing to he childproof

I've heard mixed things from lots of different vendors. I personally don't see why they'd be affected but it's gonna take a few weeks before we really find out I think
