Suspect nicotine

So, I stocked up on dark star nicotine for my freezer and was content, until, I ordered a spare rta and added a 250ml bottle of nicotine to get free shipping.
Now, to cut to the chase, the nicotine is vg and Is off brown in colour, it also has a bit of a whiff to it. Quick email to the store and refund received.
What would you do with it? I'm prepared to a) bin it b) bin it or c) bin it or d) give it away.

If it was just the colour then maybe so, but it has a smell like week old sp*nk lol. I'm not so sure that I want to go to the trouble of mixing it to see if it's bad.
I did ask the vendor how long it had sat on their shelves for, their response was a straight refund. Maybe they knew it was shite?
Is there any other way of testing it?

i have heard of vg that is off being described as having a fishy smell and nic that is old goes peppery.

I'd say it was they could be 100 apes with the same problem but don't know it

I'll risk giving it a go buddy. I'm working down to 0.5mg nic (possibly lower) so it shouldn't make a huge amount of difference.
