Hi, Jacqui700 We are not retailers or online shops, so we do not offer orders directly from our site. Sorry for that. But We have global partners worldwide and you guys can find these partners on our official website. If that does not work, I will send you our sales manager's contact information. I think he will be able to solve the problem.

As to the out-of-stock issue you have mentioned, that is because the demand of our e-liquid increases crazily these days. I will tell our sales department about it. Hope to solve it soon.
