Hopefully some of you can help me on this. I've been trying to clone a few of my favourite liquids that contain aniseed but i can never seem to get the flavour through properly. How long in general should aniseed take to steep? I currently made up a liquid 2 weeks ago, ive shaken it nearly every day and still no hint of aniseed. Of the mixture its 3% aniseed, 5%peach and 4% strawberry.
