Discount codes question

In the 3 main vaping forums in the UK POTV, UKV and AAEC
i have noticed exclusive forum discount codes being passed
around. Should these codes be only used to their specific forums
or do people not mind their codes being passed around on other forums.

I would have thought that if not encouraged, it's accepted. After all, if you want codes, they're not hidden.

Generally I would have thought that if a vendor puts a code on a forum (i.e. in the public domain) then they are relying on the increase in sales to make up the shortfall on margin.

So more people = more potential sales, so more forums then
