Thinking about buying the goon and thoughts?

My thoughts are that you should do it. Then put it up in the classies at half price, at which time we shall speak again.

The goon is a fine RTA, if they are worth the money over the clones are subjective but all the originals I've had have been quality bits of kit.

for me...the goon is one of the best drippers out there....along with the kennedy 24 i personally would rate this as one of the best available at the moment. You could get 2 goons (unless you want the ti version) goons for the price of one kennedy....

use some 24 gauge nichrome, 6 wraps around a 3mm ID for a nice 0.25ohm build, or (and my preference) get some SmuTons from www.dripworx.co.uk and whack them in.....

single coil aliens from @Dripworx at 0.16ohms and 100 watts is epic....

Honestly, you cannot go wrong with the goon.....
