Put simply, my rx200 vapes nicely at .2 ohms (Ti), 420F, 20w

I got my mini today.
Same subtank, same coil.
Can't get above 330F at 20 watts
Can barely hit 400F at 50 watts

Any thoughts please folks?

I think i found the problem.
The subtank base had come apart slightly meaning the bottom of the coil deck wasnt making proper contact with the copper pin
Seems better for now but maybe its better to get a new base just in case.

My guess is resistance is not correctly set. Let coil drop to room temp, remove and replace atty and lock in new resistance.

Did all that. No difference :(

Noticed an extra 2mm gap above airflow ring..... Took it apart, cleaned it, rebuilt - okay at the mo
Theres a tiny ballbearing in there that I'm amazed hadn't fallen out. Was damn lucky

Anyone else ever had this issue with a subtank?

people advice not to lock resistance as they needed to fluctuate.
I'm on Ti 0.4ohm@450F/25W, gives a warmish vape

You should definitely lock the resistance in temp control mode.
At least that was my understanding.
