Cuttwood Bird Brains recipe?

I was just wondering if anyone had a recipe for Bird Brains thats close but not lemon pledge like

I found this on http://www.lediypourlesnuls.com which seems promising but before I go ahead and buy yet some more concentrates. Just figured I would test the water

0.5% Acetyl Pyrazine TPA
2% Berry Crunch TPA
2% Cake Yellow FW
4% Captain Cereal TPA
1% Cookie FA
1% DX Bavarian Cream TPA
1% DX Sweet Cream TPA
1% French Vanilla Creme TPA
3% Silly Rabbit TPA
1.5% Vanilla Bean Gelato TPA
