Do you mix in a beaker or in the bottle

I use Mom and Pop concentrates at 20%. The bottle gets poured into the beaker, the nicotine is added, PG added to the 30ml mark, then filled to 100ml with VG. Stirred with a spoon then poured into a 100ml bottle. Sorted.

Beaker for me - easier to get the old milk frother* in.

*this isn't a euphemism btw [emoji2]

I do mine in the bottle i am thinking of going to beaker so if anyone as a link for beaker sets i would be grateful

Beaker here too. 250ml one is good for 200ml mixes. I tend to do 200ml of my ADV custard at a time, keeps me going for most of the month.

Beaker ebay:

Or Amazon:

I use one of these for mixing:

And ones a bit like these for weighing:

A mix takes 10 minutes. All ingredients in bottles so pour and drip by weight and then stick the beaker and stirring rod in the dishwasher.

Be careful with your choice of digital scales ...
Best to have accuracy to 0.01g but if you want to mix 200-250mls of juice they also need to cover that weight range. No good if they only measure up to 100gms.

I've ended up with two sets of digital scales, both cheap from ebay ... one's accurate to 0.01g and tops out at 200g ... the other's accurate to 0.1g but will measure up to 1kg
If I'm mixing more than 100mls, I use the most accurate for measuring flavourings, and then switch to the other when adding the diluents.

I mix in all bottles except glass dripper bottles as they will leak liquid out of the top if you give them a good shake, plus ones i have are 10-30ml so not much room to shake, all ways like to make 50ml batches in 100ml bottles and anything 100ml+ in a glass measuring jug you use for baking that way can get the milk throther in

I've got 3 glass 100ml measuring cylinders. £5 each from eBay. One for custard, one for red astire and one for everything else. I syringe the concentrate and nic and pg then got the VG in a squeeze bottle to fill to 100ml

I'm too lazy to use beakers now, I find it much easier and quicker to just measure straight into the bottle on the scales. Saves that extra minute of cleaning anything up! That's a lot of minutes spared if you look further into the future!!
