Hello,

We are a team of researchers at the University of Leicester, funded by Cancer Research UK. Rooted in a lack of understanding about users’ and bystanders’ health, much uncertainty surrounds where and how vaping should be permitted in organisations and we are trying to find out more about this in our project. We are researching the policies, use and attitudes towards e-cigarettes and vaping in workplaces and organisations and are currently looking for both vapers and non-vapers to complete our short online survey lasting around ten minutes. You need to be over 18 and work in the UK to be eligible to take part. Ethical approval has been granted by the University of Leicester and all information will remain confidential and anonymous. You can access the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/vaping_and_workplaces

If you have any queries or need more information before participating, then please email me.

Please feel free to share our survey with anyone else you think may be interested in taking part. And feel free to discuss on this forum.

Thank you very much for any time you can afford us, we will be very grateful.

Since I work in the U.S., I'm not eligible for the survey.

If it helps I work at a large grocery store chain and they do not allow vaping inside the premises. Vaping is permitted in designated smoking areas and nowhere else. If that helps. :)

Hi and welcome to the Planet.

so far upto question 11 and not one thing about vape. apes lose concentration very quickly.

Done. I should point out that the survey doesn’t work on the default iphone browser.

If this survey is strictly for UK vapers only, then why does question 3 ask what country one lives in?!

Anyway..i got as far as question 13 then i lost interest!

I wondered that @Deaf Vaper . Probably so it can screen out foreigners. It’s to do with the new brexit deal.

well, it's certainly was about something, but seemingly not much to do with vaping as far as i could tell....but then i couldn't be arsed to finish it! Maybe the last few questions were vaping related..perraps somebody can tell us how relevant this survey really is.

It's more concerning company policy than anything else. Unless you're involved in implementing the policy for your workplace the whole survey is largely moot.

exactly. it does get into vaping at around question 326 12/13
