when did you order?
in the present situation with covid next day delivery is take a chance and see.
they are not on my recommended list but thats only due to no one nominating them.
have you tried phoning them. shows open on google 0121 306 9294
a lot of buisinesses have moved support teams onto production line teams to try there best to get orders out but then its down to the post/courier. if you paid next day with royal mail then dont hold your breath as they have massive backlogs.

I just tried to ring them and it said it was unavailable and they can't take anymore calls seems sketchy

most places are not open at weekends or dont have pick up if prdered over weekend so just wait til tuesday.
i know its like a kid in a candy shop when we all order things and want them straight away but just give it time.

I recently bought a Nautilus AIO from Grey Haze and it was a pretty smooth transaction.

• Ordered Monday 25th May 2020 (I paid £2.99 shipping)
• Order acknowledged by email Monday 25th May 2020
• Shipment confirmed by email Tuesday 26th May 2020
• Delivered Thursday 28th May 2020

Based on above I have them bookmarked and I would use them again.

A Lot of things that come via Royal Mail can't be tracked until delivered so it says on their website, wtf use that is to someone is anybody's guess, also it's pretty obvious if you order Saturday they aint gonna deliver Sunday so give it a couple of days, i have only heard good things about the vendor your using so i wouldn't worry. I used a place called Vape Link who stated they were UK but weren't and waited 2 weeks just for the sake of saving a fiver, don't use them unless you like waiting which i hate doing.
