Not all concentrates are equal. Some concentrates are more concentrated than other concentrates. So concentrate.......If you go to ELR, nearly every concentrate has an average percentage range statistic, based on it's uses on the site's many thousands of recipes. This is a good go to, if you are not using an actual recipe (which really is advisable by the way)

Also, if it is a commonly used flavour, you can read the flavour notes section full of actual mixers comments regards the flavour and it's recommended uses.
