health benefits of vaping

Yep, my smokers cough disappeared as well, lungs feel much better, I don’t get out of breath so easily, I’ve not had the cold or flu or a chest infection in a year and 3 months nearly (used to have it constantly through the winter), teeth seem to be nicer, my missus says I look much healthier generally and I don’t smell (as) bad anymore.

My sense of smell has returned and food tastes like it did when I was a kid. I used to wonder why I never cried when chopping onions, now it's like I'm watching the end of Titanic.

The other major improvement has been my circulation. I used to get pins and needles sitting still for too long, now I can sit cross legged on the sofa for hours.

Now that you mention this, my circulation seems to have improved as well, similarly don’t get pins and needles or loss of circulation from sitting in certain positions as much as I used to.

Personally never noticed any difference at all. Have always kept naturally fit. Never had a smokers cough, no diff in my breathing, and never coughed anything up when I quit. I can honestly say from quitting over a year ago to now it's all the same. I could then when I smoked about 15 to 20 a day walk for miles over all terrains with no issue and can still do it. Guess I'm in the lucky few.

My chest used to rattle and when I did any walking it become tight, never had that since stopping the ciggies.

I used to keep hubby up all night while I coughed my guts up. That's stopped now. Also my chest would whisle.

Don't use my asthma inhalers anymore, don't snore, sleep apnea has gone, can run after the kids, look healthier and generally feel all over healthier

I've gone from using my inhaler twice or more a day to having not used it in about a week (so far). I had a constant wheeze and sometimes I wouldn't be able to lie flat without feeling like I was suffocating. I'm only in week 3 and I feel miles better already. My peak flow hasn't gone up though :(

you are doing really well so far, dont let the peak flow get you down it was nearly 6 months before my specialist started to see the difference, my inhalers know sit in draw gathering dust, & about your hubby & trying to get him vaping maybe after afew months & he has seen how well it worked for you, it might just grab his attention maybe ...

The would be awesome @vapermike It took me years to admit to myself that it was smoking that caused the asthma. All my other triggers (allergies and exercise mainly) have been dealt with so I am looking forward to forgetting where I out my inhaler and not panicking lol.

I've been reading what everyones said. Smoking is just evil. why did we start? I remember when I first started seeing evil laughing faces in the burning ash. I should of know and stopped then. It just ruins your health bit by bit. I'm not going back to it.
