Anybody could help me how to change my Avatar?

Here my question is: How to change my avatar instead of default one. could you show me the steps?
to be honesty, I'm not very familiar with this forum yet.

I think you need a certain amount of posts before being able to change it, maybe 50 or 100 before being able to add avatar
