last time i done a few tests on a 60watt mod with single battery 18650 running at 50watts i was getting no more than 1 hour 10 minutes out of it. as your using a 21700 it will be a bit longer but still no where as good as a dual battery kit.
tbh i think your best bet is to keep this kit as a backup and buying a dual batter mod with 200+watts. i can highly recommend either the geekvape legend or x or the vaporesso gen.

That's poor as well!! I got a few single cell mods (Odin 100w 21700 and drag x plus 21700) and they definitely run alot longer than that. Even at higher wattage....

No, do not take the wraps off.

Charge them before use, if they still don't work contact fogstar.

They fully charged seems they rattle little when in not sure if wrong size

Is it not a twist battery cap on the mod? Try screwing it in more. Might be ss simple as that.

Yeah it is twist iv tried twisting as much as it goes
