What's a good place to start in terms of batteries etc?

Also, not sure if this is the place to discuss but also want a pack that I can load CBD cartridges on to.

cbd cartridges?
no idea if they are available in the uk.
you can use in tanks or pod systems but best with mouth to lung.
we have a cbd section but you might not be able to see it until you make some more posts.

Hi and welcome. Can’t help with cbd.
Two places for batteries are fogstar and 18650.com. I think pretty much everyone here buys from either as they are both very well trusted for quality and service.
As for other hardware MrDj’s list is a great place to start.
