Errr it's just a listing of the TCR's for different wire types. Kanthal does have a TCR but its so minute that there is'nt anything that can monitor such a small change.

I'm trying to remember the name of that company that claimed they had cracked Kanthal TC. ... it was a good few years back. I didn't believe it as most companies couldn't even make it work properly with Ni or Ti at that point.

Seems you have the benefit of a printed manual, have a play with it. You're just looking to maybe set that wattage to about 90W, it should cut off before that when the temp is hit.
