Interesting approach. Whatever works. They do sell rubber tips made for that kind of thing so you don't have to use spare parts. I just can't remember where I saw them for sale at though.

I have a protank 2 and I dont get the funny taste, but I always make an effort to get tanks that can swap drip tips so I can use my cherry vape tip if needed.
