Does anybody know any good 26 gauge coil builds around 0.1 -0.3ohms

Assuming that's kanthal you're going to need to twist and dual coil to get down anywhere near that low with a sensible number of wraps. My normal 6wrap 3mm id build is about 0.8 ohm.

How dose it smoke or is it more for flavor?

I'm using same wires. For flavour I use spaced nichrome dual coils and for clouds I use parallel twisted or parallel clapton
