Why will eliquid bottle sizes be limited to 10ml?

It does say that the liquids also lacked the appropriate warning signs as well... but I hadnt even considered the regulation about non foods that lòok like foods... toys that look like foods are presumably not allowed to be too authentic looking because of this... explains a bit about the toy food we had when we were kids being out of scale and wrong colours etc...
