Assuming the package is delivered and cant be retrieved from the Claremont address, than I would say Innokin shop.co.uk could be instructed to send you a replacement?

ive been to claremont address twice know & nobody been in, so hope innokin do the right thing here

just spoken to some one at Innokin they are resending out replacement sensis tomorrow.
