Aspire Dynamo

My OH has a Dynamo, got it beginning of December 2018 and now the Fire button don't work? Any ideas.

has the tank leaked and juice got in around the fire button.

It has never been dropped that I know - it belongs to her that must be obeyed. As for a leak then think that may be a possibility. She bought it via mail order and the seller is away until next week so will contact him then.

She decided to get something like this as it has external batteries. All her other gubbins are all internal batteries to which she breaks the charging ports as does insist on trying to insert them the wrong way round - at some stage I will try and renew them. She isn't very technically minded and thought it a good idea to give he laptop a cup of coffee and now wonders why it don't work.
