The 'ignore' button is a great feature :)

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with this.
I used it for the first time yesterday as something had really irked me and it's as if the user doesn't exist at all. I'm not going to randomly start using it a lot but it is far better option than getting into pettiness on here.
Good job with that particular feature, my calm was restored instantly

I think this forum is pretty tame by internet standards so I've never considered using it.

I do think you should be able to see who is ignoring you though.

So do I actually, only gotten really riled the once so far. I went off to YouTube for an hour to watch compilations of MMA fighters kicking the crap out of each other: soon felt better

I used to wind people up in my early days though - I'd often get notifications which led to "Post deleted", but after the savage nature of other internet forums it tool a while for me to get used to the civilised nature of this place.
