Replying to posts mentioning members eg @johndoe

Ive noticed that when mentioning other members their name is highlighted in green with @***** . How do you do this when replying to a post. I cant figure it out.

hit the reply, it will quote that post, and you can tag them as well @tony68 , if you have all the notifications on you should get one for the reply and for the tag/mention
