Get yourself an alias. I do lots of online surveys for a bit of pocket money, and on every single site I've enter not quite correct details. one digit out on the date of birth and mobile numbers, typo in your address, middle name instead of first name, and everyone should have a "junk" email account anyway. Just enough to identify yourself (with plausible deniability) without your actual details turning up in dodgy searches on the dark web etc.
