Android app not working no response from support

just tried via google and it loads instantly so it might well be the latest OS

can you get on all other sites via google.

Could be Android 7.1 then, upgraded straight away so can't confirm if it was working before as only just got the phoneView attachment 122555View attachment 122556

Just tried that thanks, logo appears but then closes the app. Worth a try though.

Must be 7.1.1

i had an issue at first where the phone had set itself to pay as you go and no matter what i tried i couldnt get it to link to contract.
so are you using data or wifi.

Tried on Wi-Fi and data both the same error unknown url scheme so it's talking to the server but guessing it doesn't like the response back. Forum works fine apart from that. Hopefully a future update will fix it
