Is the coil essentially the same as the subtank rba? Just replacing the coil and wicking and keeping the hardware?

Hello, the link should be working now.

The EUC coil is mainly a pre-made coil...you only need change the core part of the whole coil which you can see from below pic
While the subtank rba means you can rebuild the coil...I think they may be two different thing.
