I'm hoping you'll be able to help me. I placed an order on 8th May but nothings arrived. I've sent about 4 emails but have had no response at all. I've screen shotted my order number below.

I'm not familiar with G.H myself, but the big warehouse online sellers (fasttech, gearbest, etc) can take up to a month for delivery. Patience is a virtue and all that lol! (I keep telling myself that, but it doesn't make the waiting any easier!)
Ps: please excuse spelling mistakes as I'm fairly drunk)

I'm afaid Greyhaze are a bit vague.
Sometimes no dispatch mail,sometimes just ignore your enquiries.
But they've always come thru' on my orders and i'm sure they will on yours.
Just bloody annoying to be ignored.
