Smoking age of sale could rise by year each year

Strikes me that the black market tobacco industry will be rubbing their hands with glee (due to no age limit), if applied.

There is no mention that this would apply to e-cigs (although I suspect it would).

However, it has also been recommended -
"Promotion of vapes as an effective "swap to stop" tool to help people quit smoking"

women on bbc news this morning argued in favour of vaping when the broadcaster mentioned is it not a gateway from vape to smoking. she said no its the opposite which weve been saying all along.
