Beyond a joke. Though then, as now, HUGE drug problems in the US!!

What percentage of American kids are already being dosed daily with behaviour-altering chemicals well before the time they've heard of Juul?

Seems a little hypocritical to panic about the nicotine at this point.

That kid was funny .... I can't really say much as people tell me I talk that fast too ........ I did find his obsession with his hair amusing ........ and the good old teenage mental gymnastic to 'prove' on a technicality that he wasn't, actually, in the wrong!

Kids will be kids, they do stupid things a lot, and teachers will try to stop them. The names and words change over time, but the gist of it is always the same.

God I feel old ........

Those are some scary figures. Maybe the nic hit helps to counter-act the sedatives they're being dosed with. That's one seriously fucked up country
