Well looks like the FDA starting to stop pods and alike being imported to the USA. Here's the letter they sent the. Feel sorry for the vapers in the states..

I feel sorry for UWell. Guess it's not entirely unexpected since they're making a song and dance about clamping down on stealth vaping devices.

Who would want to vape from a watch tho?

Feel sorry for the vapers in the states..

Sadly, the US vaping industry and its customer base are in fact the victims of a LACK OF REGULATION in 'the land of the free and home of the brave'.

The TPD may be very annoying (and costly) to EU/UK vaping but it also protects us against stupidity like the banning of flavoured eliquids.

We would come down on a UK manufacturer producing eliquid and not noting with the TRPR and breaching regulations how is this any different? I get from the letter they didn't register the products with the FDA and I understand the watch issue so fuck UWell
