Anyone who fancies trying to claim a wad of compo from the vape shop of from the battery manufacturer.
Samsung have 'form' when it comes to exploding batteries and are not short of a bob or two.
I can see a no win, no fee claim being submitted and an undisclosed payment being made as ' hush' money even though it was user error probebly.
 
The BBC are the Guvverment's bitches, doing their dirty work, putting out fake news, shitting on anything that the guvverment don't like, or anything that doesn't benefit said Guvverment.
The Guvverment hates vaping, because soooo many more people are turning to vaping, costing the Guvverment a truckload of lost ciggie revenue....hence the crappy TPD rules.

That is why this article is so vague and lacking information. Just another fake news article, to show vaping in a negative light, to keep people smoking ciggies, and paying tobacco duties.
